RETURNS

• Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, the buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

• The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for by law, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the purchased Product.

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

• Pursuant to Article 34, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

• They are not refundable.

  - incomplete parts of the set (when purchasing the set, the entire set must be returned).

  - damaged or defective items

• To return a product, please complete the return form and attach it to the package (HERE RETURN FORM)

• Returned goods must be sent in appropriately prepared packaging to prevent damage to the purchased items.

  We recommend packing the products in the original packaging in which they were received.

• The refund period is up to 14 days.

COMPLAINTS

• If you receive a faulty product, please contact us by email at smokycraft@wp.pl with the subject "Complaint, order number .....".

• In your message, please specify the nonconformity of the product or describe the defect. We recommend attaching photos of the defective product to the message.

• We will respond to your application as soon as possible.

• The complaint will be considered within 14 days of submission.
